With the exception of being 2 hours late and blasting lint all over the place he did a great job he sort if got the mess cleaned up. Need to invent something that plugs into the vent that he can attach the vacuum to and feed his cleaning tube into at the same time.Some.sortmof 4" PVC 90 WITH A HOLE DRILLED in it for the cleaning feed line and attach the vac to it.
Andrew was absolutely amazing and thorough and so kind! Can’t recommend them enough!
I'm currently working with Capital Duct on my crawl space. It hasn't been the easiest job for them but they make me feel completely taken care of. Amy in the office is phenomenal, she is hilarious, personable and caring! Matt and Dom are my technicians, they have gone above and beyond so far! I plan on using them for all my ducting needs and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their services.
Andrew is respectful, professional, thorough, transparent, honest and careful. I will trust him again next time.
Update: with our remodel it took 7 months for us to reschedule but this time all went smoothly and we have peace of mind that all is clean after a lot of construction. Nice crew and left the house looking better than when they arrived. Thank you for the great service! 7 months ago - Apparently Capital Duct had a large casino job so the technician did not have the vacuum nor enough hose to do our service. Disappointing.
