I was in and out in 20 minutes with a lovely Kohler faucet and soap dispenser. They had a surprising amount of choices in stock. Kenny was professional and a fun-killer combo! Edited review following Well it's three years later and I'm now doing my bath. Today I worked with Billie. She too was knowledgeable , so pleasant and really went out of her way to clear up my never ending confusion about plumbing. This store rocks-you'd be foolish to go elsewhere. Thanks all!
I’ve only visited the Counter at Capitol District Supply in Albany a few times over the past few years, but every visit including today has been a great experience. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly, and they take the time to make sure you get what you need. Their prices are fair, and the overall service is top-notch. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for heating and plumbing supplies.
They were very kind and attentive. Dan at the front counter was very lovely. Took time to explain to me what I needed to know. Love the patience I was shown.
