I would be extremely cautious with using this company I lost over $100k after purchasing a lot contingent upon their feasibility and engineering study that stated we could build a home to find out Massoud missed a change in 2018 that prohibited new homes in my zone to have private septic systems. This left my family devastated and I would not want this to happen to anyone else.

Massoud and his staff are phenomenal at getting your lot permitted to build a house. They were very responsive in their communication as well. Would highly recommend for any civil engineering work.
