I am on a walker with brakes. I broke the brake cable and asked if they could put a New brake cable… Not only did they put a new brake cable on, but it was done at an extremely reasonable price… I could not ask for anybody to have any kinder to me than they were… Great staff and very nice people to work with… I’m so happy that I found Capital Cycle.
I drove a long way to drop off my bike and they were locking the door when I arrived. They closed at 5:00pm and it was 5:02pm and they completely ignored me knocking on the door. They wouldn’t open the door to let me simply give them my name and number and deal with the bike issues the next day. The guy had a major attitude and said he’s off the clock!!! I highly recommend JB, he is knowledgeable and resourceful. I’ve tried other bicycle shops and the customer service here is phenomenal. Honest work!
