We bought a 30.000.00 slingshot and at 500miles we took it for the first oil change and service. It has to be a Polaris certified mechanic for the Warranty. Upon picking it up we noticed the clear tape my husband placed on air filter was UN touched so we showed it to service manager and owner. Asking what else was not done that was included in service, and did I mention the oil change was 186.00 we were treated rudely and the owner slammed office door in my husband's face. After driving 2 hours one way to Tifton dealership & being lied too, drove back to Macon & Capitol Cycle treated my dad, Terry Washburn, great! He got what he wanted & experienced great service from sales to service..less then 4 hours later was back in woods, shot a deer & had it loaded on the new Polaris Sportsman 570!! Thank you for being honest & caring to your customers!!
