Shawn Sneeder was great! He made the whole process fast and easy for a first time buyer, I knew exactly what I wanted and he didn't try and upsell us to something more expensive but riskier, and he worked with my schedule to get in there. and pick up Christmas Eve is the best for not trying to hide a big ole thing for Santa!
