I was deployed in the Middle East and had my deployment extended. During this time my Virginia car registration expired. When I returned home I discovered that my vehicle was missing. I called the police to see if they had any record of the car being towed away. I was informed that the Capitol Property Management’s Heritage Forest HOA had my car towed by Battlefield towing.
