The staff is outstanding. Sandra and Rebecca took care of me. They kept me updated, showed me the repairs, and are very nice people. The quality of the work is the best I have seen, and that comes with almost 25 years of insurance claims experience. Definitely the best shop!

I was in a car accident on 11/29/17 and thankfully I am okay, but it's always frustrating dealing with the aftermath of any accident. Capitol Collision was great, took care of the repairs on my car and provided with me a rental. They handled the process as smoothly as possible. I got my car back yesterday after the repairs and it looks amazingly good - like the accident never happened. My experience was great overall.
