I would give the Capitol Club Apartments a zero star if I could as I have so much to say about it all. The people are ABSOLUTELY rude here. They do not mind their own business. They bitch and moan about the smallest noise. They could hear a rat fart and still bitch as the walls are paper thin. You will even have people opening their doors just to make rude comments directly to you like WTF are these people on?
