It's great to see the upgrades to the community room - it looks nice! The new property management team has been great to work with as well. They've been responsive, professional, and really seem to care about the residents. Excited to see the continued improvements!
Old building with old boiler issues and hvac issues. Has gone through different owners and I believe they finally got the right one that is upgrading and making better. Has a community room with sink, fridge, TV wifi pool table books elliptical and treadmill with bathroom tenants can hang out in. Also has secure coded entrance.
