I brought my car in for an oil change but needed other maintenance this time. I let the rep know the maintenance info in my car popped up alerting me about transmission oil, and I haven’t seen that before so I asked for a quote up front. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed and gave a quote I felt reasonable. After his brief but informative consult, I asked if they had time to fit me in and get this done and they were able to accommodate me. As always the customer service was great. Parker has gained my trust as a service advisor and Rudy is awesome to visit with when he is driving you in the courtesy shuttle. The 4 hour wait for my service was nothing, as they gave me a ride home and came and picked me back up. Thank you so much

Friendly. Great communication and checked air filters before replacing (and determined didn’t need new ones).
