I went in with two teeth broken at the gum line. After waiting for a week to be seen I was asked to leave the office because the doctor did not want to accept my insurance. She said that it took to long to get paid. The office manager was the one who rudely asked me to leave while I was begging for treatment and trying to explain that I was preaproved thru my insurance company for a full set of implants.
