We had our truck serviced and winter tires put on, and were grateful they applied our points earned to the bill which lowered the cost considerably. Thank you!!
So glad to have found the mechanics at GMC Berlin! For some reason my car decides to not work at the worst of times. I had a vet emergency with my dog and my older GMC Terrain wouldn’t start. They were able to fix the issue immediately, unlike any other mechanic in the area. Very kind, caring, knowledgeable, excellent customer service and price! The best!

I am extremely happy with the work done in my car here. They even made a video of the problem and the solution. The mechanic made it easy for me to understand. He sounded like an airline pilot! 😂 The service guy was top notch and was incredibly polite and helpful! I won't go anywhere else!
