Terrible experience. I should've gone to the other International dealer. Without writing a book this was my experience. I dropped my truck off in October due to the fan not kicking on which would overheat the motor during a parked regen thus shutting it down in protection mode. I flew home to CA knowing it would be awhile. It took (3) weeks for an estimate then another (3) weeks to complete the work.
