Great communication from the repair team. I was updated on my diagnostics and repairs in timely manor.. highly recommend.
They told me I had an oil leak on my new Corvette. They had my car one entire month. Yes, it was a major fix. The repair seems to be OK. I would have appreciated better communication during that month. After the repair, they were sending it to their "detail shop" for cleaning. Being an expensive car (Z06), I had it fully covered in PPF and a full ceramic wax after that. This was all done before any of this repair thing. I had assumed that a Detail shop would be familiar with proper maintenance on PPF and Ceramic, but No !!! ... read more
Trent (Manager) listened to my issues and handled it extremely professional after multiple failed attempts. He literally was running in the parking to get me a loaner until they corrected my problem. Then he ran to the other end of the parking lot to retrieve my Chevy Tahoe. He is clearly a valuable member of your staff and you must do whatever it takes to give this guy a raise and promote further with this company. Thank you Trent.
