Service Center is holding strong. Criselda was great and kept me informed. It was easy to schedule and they accommodated me right away. Do not buy there extended warranty, get it from your credit union or you to will be bumming rides for two days because loaners are NEVER available.
JC is highly trained. He knows how to explain what needs to be done, how it will be done and how long it will take. He is also reliable and does all he can to attend to my time constraints. He responded immediately when a part came in and made sure it was installed as soon as possible. Grateful for his help.
If you need service, ask for JC! He helped me get a tire repair done quickly because I needed to go out of town. So appreciate his help and his efficiency!
