Very professional service and timely
My wife and I left Columbia, SC today to go visit my brother in Waynesville, MO when the air conditioner in our Colorado went out around 4:00 pm on a Saturday on the east side of Montgomery, AL… it was close to 100. My wife Googled dealership / service centers in the area to see if we could get the problem diagnosed and fixed. The first place we went to said they were only changing oil, rotating tires, and didn’t have a technician on duty and they couldn’t help us till Monday. Alfonzo is the best! That guy helped us after hours. We were driving cross country and had an issue, he helped us get the vehicle in the secure area of the dealership and assisted us with getting the keys to the service department for an early morning repair to get us back on the road.
