Awful service I do not like to go to this dealership at all because the service is awful. The people are rude and unknowledgeable. I would have to be in desperate need to go to this dealership.

Capitol Chevrolet I bought my Tahoe from them in 2003 and was very satisfied with the quality of service and helpfulness from my salesman. This is the 2nd car that I have bought from them and will probably use them again.
I'm Happy We bought our last vehicle from Capitol. It was a Chevrolet Venture Van, with all the bells and whistles. We had left another dealership unhappy with the way we were being treated and just thought we would look at what Chevrolet had out on market. Service is lacking. I made an appointment on line for a recall 2.5 weeks prior and received an email the next day stating it had been received. When I took it in I got the "Sorry we don't have an appointment for you. We have one technician that can do that work and we have 40 cars on the waiting list." Read "we're the only dealership in town so we don't have to care"
