We have used this company a couple times for furnace issues. The owner always responds quickly and even came out to do a repair on the weekend (for no extra charge!). Great customer service and reasonable prices.
I called 4 times and no one returns calls.. Not professional. I even faxed in a request to call me about an urgent matter. Nothing. Disappointed
