Worst capitol building supply, i been to. You literally have to look everywhere for the loading crew, and if you find them they would be hiding using their phones. This place used to be better, but it keeps getting worse. It is easier to just drive 30 more minutes to DC instead of waiting there for 45 minutes.
I have been dealing with the Bladensburg branch for years. They used to be pretty good but now their warehouse personnel are lazy and incompetent. They are very slow and act like you are inconveniencing them when you arrive to pickup your order. Alot of their items are damaged by the forklift which they attempt to conceal…then if you contact them later about it they will simply tell you the damage was your fault. Please work on your customer service skills.
