THANK GOD I OWN A FORD. The level of incompetence I just witnessed from these people is astounding. After taking in my gf's car for essentially a saftey recall (bad part failed in the car so it was supposed to be replaced for free), they said the car would be done the following afternoon. After a 36 hour period of 0 updates on the vehicle and no one answering any of the phones, the following afternoon came and went. The communication was poor. I dropped my car off for repair on a monday morning at 8:30am. They needed to order a part and stated my car would be completed tuesday afternoon. After not hearing from anyone by 3pm, I tried calling 4 times and there was no answer. When someone finally answered they stated my service rep was out sick and another agent would call me. Spent 6 hours at the dealership buying a new truck. I was there at 9 and the truck went to the service department at 10 for the PDI and to have a few options installed. You would think they would make the vehicle a priority when someone is there purchasing a brand new vehicle. (Especially with the amount of service bays.) This wasn’t the case.
