My email to my salesman: One complaint that I will share is that every time I bring my truck here for service there's seemingly always something that doesn't get done. My service provider just says "bring it back to me and we'll take care of it". You had my truck from 9am to 4pm! Last time it was no tire rotation, this time no courtesy wash.
