The worst customer service. The person at the dest acknowledge me and told the inspector person what I needed. I sit there for 15 minutes without anyone saying, I will be with you soon or anything. I walked out and went to the shop in Gluckstadt. I walk in and someone waited on me right away. Total different experience. I will never go to Flowood again. I will not spend my money at a place that totally rude and disrespectful.
This location has had my car over 6 weeks. No status updates. No communication. Replaced a Tesla door without giving us authorization. Unnecessary charges.
