My son had an accident and the police called Capitol to come get the car. They were told by the police that we didn't have collision. This was on Easter Sunday. I had my son call them on Monday and a girl answered and said she was by herself in the office and was just now entering the information on the car and would call us back. She never did. I chose this body shop to do my repairs because I had a problem with the rental person at enterprise in Clinton whom I didn't know knew Frank at this body shop they seemed to work hand together in making my car wreck experience a total wreck now I had insurance that paid this company over 4,000 plus a deductible that came out of my pocket I chose this company and they treated me like I was crap they kept my car in the shop the rental that was even after they told me I could pick it up the next morning telling me that the sho... read more
