If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is crawling with cockroaches, bedbugs, and mice. The buildings are horrible and smell terrible. There is no maintence. If you rent be ready to be overcharged and get "fines" for everything. Eventually these buildings will just fall down due to extreme lack of serious repairs. They need to be shutdown until they are repaired right or just torn down.
