John "the manager" has horrible customer services skill. Every time I have to order here some unnecessary situation that arises.
Miles in the hydraulic hose fabrication shop is a true repairman! I brought in my 50+ year old proprietary steering hose and he was able to create an equivalent hose from off-the-shelf parts that was easier to install and route than the original at one third the cost! I now know where I’ll be getting my hoses from now on. Good work Miles!!
