CADA is a RIPOFF TO ANYONE HOPING TO SUPPORT A FAMILY MEMBER. When I agreed to provide a guarantor letter for my brother I let CADA know I intended to provide this support for one year, and then he would need to cover all costs himself. When I wrote to give them, and him, four month's notice, CADA replied that I was to pay for him IN PERPETUITY -- that the only way I could be "released" from the obligation is if CADA released me!
