Initial service for maintenance contract. Called first for early arrival (welcomed). No fuss no muss. Accomplished routine maintenance finding no issues. Provided information on an optional enhancement. Excellent introduction.
I had a carbon monoxide detector alert several times. It was a complicated situation that I literally would not have survived without the expert help of the owner Martin Davis. First, he and his crew came out and inspected all my gas appliances. He took several hours to complete the inspections, being very thorough. They are professional and offer a fair price for their work. I’ve used them for about 8 years for maintenance and have had them also do a full install at my house. In regards to the install, I unfortunately chose a model that has had a few equipment problems, but Martin has gone well beyond what any normal HVAC company would do for repairs on it, working outside what would normally be covered under warranty.
