Thankfully I don't have to deal with them anymore since I no longer work for the employer that had this insurance, but I'm still dealing with a claim from November 2018 that they for whatever reason will not pay, so I'm being billed for it. Awful. I work in medical billing and they always tell me patients have no coverage when they do.

Could be the worst run TPA ever , if your company is self insured your screwed by these jokers , administrators of denial and protecting the plan , agreed 0 stars, zero help from anyone, Cant believe Lucent would buy this looser

Seriously, THE WORST health insurance provider I've ever had. It's July 2018, and I'm still dealing with claims from 2016. I'd give them 0 stars if it were possible.
