I am posting for my husband,James, as he is not on social media. He had a follow up appointment this morning. When he arrived for a 9AM appointment he was told the provider he was scheduled with is no longer employed there. Why wasn't he called to reschedule? They the front end employee said she would ask if another provider would see him. He waited for 15 minutes to be told he could wait 2 1/2 hours and see a provider at the end of the morning session. Wait time was adequate. Receptionists did their best and nurses were pleasant. I went for a sleep study with nap testing because of excessive fatigue, muscle weakness, breathing problems, sleepiness, etc. The sleep attendant I had was extremely pleasant and the study itself went very smooth + comfortably. That part of the process was wonderful. Issues arose after my study itself. I waited over 2 months for a virtual follow-up appointment to discuss my results. Waited 3 months for a sleep study. Confirmed the appointment. When the day came, I arrived to pick up my sleep study kit only to be told "We canceled your appointment last week. Did nobody contact you?" Nope. Nobody contacted me. No reason for the cancelation was given. They said if I want a new sleep study appointment, they can schedule me 3 months in the future, or refer me to a different facility entirely in the hopes of getting in sooner. Avoid this “practice”. To begin, I run a health related practice that services hundreds of patients a week. I can tell you there are no excuses for the way they treat their patients. I am ( was) a patient of record who was not informed my practitioner left. I found out when my CPAP supplier would not fill an order I placed without a provider. Trying to contact them over a period of over a week was fruitless. Multiple messages left and no reply. This actually probably meets the definition of patient abandonment at this point.... read more

Absolutely ridiculous wait time for trying to get through to someone.Has happened several times that I have had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes,totally unacceptable
