********** 2 stars********** JANUARY 13th - 3:50pm (checked in online btw) The check in receptionist with glasses gave me tremendous attitude for absolutely no reason at all. I had a dual appointment for my kids and I don’t know if I looked like someone she hated but she was ready to go that day. Snappy, contorting her face like she was about to fight, trying to be confrontational or tough. It’s upsetting honestly for a number a reasons. Excellent care for almost 20 years for both of my children. Easy to schedule appointments, prompt responses from nurses, and very accommodating scheduling staff. I dread my children aging out of this practice.
Worst excuse for a pediatrics office I’ve ever been to set for my appointment for over half an hour in the waiting room finally got brought into a room was sold to get my kids down to their diaper where they sat in their diaper for 20 minutes with no provider when the provider finally came in she didn’t even look at the medical records That were required for this appointment.
