We have been with Community Care Pediatrics Schenectady since the day our son was born, starting with our very first interaction in the hospital. From that moment through every office visit, sick visit, weekend call the care has been nothing short of excellent. Doctors are so far so good. The practice itself when it comes to in person is great - efficient check-in & check-out, patient receptionists, and they answer calls nicely and try to help However, when it comes to after-hour calls, it is terrible. Our newborn baby was throwing up and we called. The doctor on call that night said "it can be a lot of things and I can't help you. Just hold the baby until deep sleep and change position if she is fussy" then hanged up on me.
