I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and consideration from this office, especially when it involves the care of a child with autism. My child’s doctor at this practice took over prescribing a medication that was originally prescribed by his neurologist to help him sleep. When I contacted the office for a refill, I was suddenly told that my child needs a medication-check appointment before they will refill it. My daughter was seen in the office today and I gotta tell you the ease of comfort just seeing her Pediatrician was nothing stressful. I was greeted by the staff and escort to a room less than 7 minutes. Dr Margaret Woods is an exceptional Pediatrician in my daughter's care and throughout the capital region. I highly recommend her as your child's Pediatrician.
