After 9 years, they discharged us from their practice. I have 3 kids and because each child missed 1 appointment, they added them all together and let us go. I agree with all of the other reviews that they have the nerve to get upset if us as parents are late, but don't care if they leave us waiting in the waiting room or another room for 30 minutes. ********** 2 stars********** JANUARY 13th - 3:50pm (checked in online btw) The check in receptionist with glasses gave me tremendous attitude for absolutely no reason at all. I had a dual appointment for my kids and I don’t know if I looked like someone she hated but she was ready to go that day. Snappy, contorting her face like she was about to fight, trying to be confrontational or tough. It’s upsetting honestly for a number a reasons. Excellent care for almost 20 years for both of my children. Easy to schedule appointments, prompt responses from nurses, and very accommodating scheduling staff. I dread my children aging out of this practice.
