Can be fast or little slow at times I've had a experience when I first went here like a year ago with a ruder old lady. But she retired. Every other visit they have all been very nice to me & have helped me out alot. So no body's perfect but they have done alot for me even last minute fit ins.
I followed Alexis Hargrave (no SAIA) from Averill Park to the Albany office and I am now going to follow her to the Clifton Park office. I live in Stephentown so it's quite a drive for me. I appreciate Alexis, she is willing to work with me on my care. I am a former nurse so I have my well grounded opinions on my care! I would love to go to the Averill Park office again but the reviews for there are less than appealing. It's to bad, it would have saved me a lot of money in gas! Oh well.
Dr. Thorn is excellent has been my primary for years I would highly recommend.
I love my doctors office being 5 minutes from my house and not having to go across the river to get medical care. Dr. Thorn is caring and willing to discuss options for care.
