Staff is usually knowledgeable and professional. Management has screwed up by not keeping Ally the pharmacist who was able to keep paperwork up to date and organized so I could get my Ozempic on time and at the correct dose. My wife and I both fell through the cracks and didn't get ozempic for a while and now it's hard to keep up with it.
