Rundy is very caring and attentive. He listens to you. As far as the clerical staff...they are extremely rude, don't return phone calls.
Absolute worst billing department to ever exist. Myself and my insurance company have spent hours via telephone and email trying to rectify a simple billing issue from January. Four months later and we still have no resolution. They truly do not care. I’m finally giving up and will be leaving the practice after being a patient for over 20 years.
Went for blood work this am, at cap care family practice Clifton park the lab tech named Cameron was extremely short and rude during the visit at every step. When I asked her if she could send the results to my cardiologist she at first snapped that she didn’t do outside bloodwork. Then when I asked if she could send the results to cardiology of Schenectady she was unable to locate the main office on balltown road, snapped at me and whipped the lap top off the stand to show me..
