I tried to sign in using your QR code at the front door. In trying to fill it out, I couldn’t remember the full 6# code. So I asked at the desk how I could check on the # and then get back to filling out the QR form. They didn’t have any idea and suggested the only way would be to go back and try again and get another security code of 6 #s which again I may not remember or just sign in at the desk. i sat on hold for OVER AN HOUR. i am currently still sitting on hold. i’ve called on multiple different phones and still no one has answered. they say in their little waiting message that masks are optional but i guess so is answering the phones.

I’d give 5 starts to Dr.Cotugno as she’s been an absolutely amazing primary care provider for the past few years. She is so kind and thorough, but I’m giving 3 to the establishment considering the staff answering phones. I’ve only needed to call the office 3 times in the past few years to schedule or request an earlier appt., but all three times I’ve encountered rude employees who are condescending and act as if they are inconvenienced that you called. The doctors that I interacted with here are pleasant enough. However, I would not recommend this practice if you are looking to diagnose problems. I was reassured time and time again that they would do everything they could to figure out what was wrong with me, but there were no actions to prove that. NP Rundi Constant especially managed to show a level of false empathy that I thought was only possible in college financial aid offices.
