The doctors that I interacted with here are pleasant enough. However, I would not recommend this practice if you are looking to diagnose problems. I was reassured time and time again that they would do everything they could to figure out what was wrong with me, but there were no actions to prove that. NP Rundi Constant especially managed to show a level of false empathy that I thought was only possible in college financial aid offices. I have been coming here for more than thirty years. The staff has always been professional and kind. When I needed urgent care they made time for me usually the same day. Kudos for the caller AI system linking caller and charts for efficient communications! Very impressive
Typical sickcare facility, nice staff but the business, their minimal insurance payments, and their limited scope of practice comes before your chronic illness.
