Had pretty good experience until they charged me $25 for filling up 2 pieces of paper.
Waited on hold for just under TWO HOURS only for the phone to eventually ring and an automated message to say they are having technical issues. Completely unacceptable.
Went to check my child in to their apt per their email request and they made me fill out a hundred page questionnaire before I could check him in. Asking insane questions that were invasive and completely unnecessary for PRE checking in to an apt (at the office request). We’ve been coming here for 5 years!? Why do I need to tell you what my water filtration levels are or what year our school was built to check into an apt 5 days in advance? Took about 15 minutes to fill out. Worst possible experience, an absolute joke of an office, save yourself and go literally anywhere else.
I'm an autoinmune patient and I was in desperate need of a Primary Care Doctor since I recently moved to NY. Had to go in person to fill a form out, which they received and then said they'll call whenever a provider "goes through it and decides to take me". It's been a month. Haven't received a single call. If this is my case given my medical condition, can't imagine someone else's experience as a healthy person.
