Rude staff, lack of attention or caring. Dr. Demarest is leaving and they are doing zero to help patients find a new doctor and are not allowing patients to stay with their practice. Completely unprofessional.
First things first – please know that the stated hours are in office only; The phone hours are half an hour shorter on each end, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Not the best experience in the world so far. I've had two appointments, both of which resulted in me having to call the office back multiple times to get them to send a referral to the proper people. The worst customer service and care in my 51 years. It is literally impossible to get a human in the phone. When you do it’s a bother. This place is a factory. Horrible.
It wouldn’t let me give less than 1 star. A horrible practice. I saw the PA (Michael o’rourke). He refused to treat me for an endocrine problem. The practice would not let me see another provider. And after 2 years, they now told me they will no longer treat me. What kind of practice acts like this?
“your care is our top priority”….so we are discharging you. This place is a joke.
