This was my first visit with my brand new 2025 Legacy. Very quick to get the car into the garage upon arrival. Work was done quickly and clerk explained what had been accomplished and got me out the door. Good experience looking forward to doing future business!

Easy to get service and completion was reasonably quick.
Update 9/2025: Everything was taken care of except one item which I specifically requested (map upgrades to the GPS system) I purchased. The technical response was I had to do this at home. After realizing I needed a PC or MAC to accomplish this, I contacted Subaru US and they specifically recommended that I have my service team provide this service for me I mentioned this to CapitalLand Subaru but the technical staff still insisted that I do this at home.
