Very good experience getting my Subaru’s software update to fix an issue with Apple CarPlay.
I called to ask if they could deal with my sunroof that would not close . When I got there, they had given me an appointment for the day before instead of the day that I called and made the appointment and acted like I had done something wrong, and then they treated me like I was an annoyance. It took an hour and a half for them to finally come out and tell me that they closed the window, but it would still open and then not close if anybody touched it. Then they charged me $90.
