After spending over $300 for servicing and mentioning i was going on a trip and wanted to make sure it was safe, I was disappointed to notice after leaving, my windshield washer fluid was nearly empty and rear wiper was torn. Would be nice to include a general inspection and fluid top off like at other dealers. Otherwise service was great.
A totally winning and pleasurable experience. My daughter Elizabeth and I brought her car in. All had been pre arranged with Emily a super person. After a friendly greeting, we took the loaner and had a delightful lunch at Ambition in Schenectady. Later that afternoon her car was ready in record time. She extremely happy, I felt useful and the checkout process with Bill was so smooth. I would be hard pressed to go else where.
