Just honest and reliable. What more can you ask for?
Unfortunately I cannot recommend Capitaland Glass. I brought them two very basic rectangular shaped pieces of glass to make. They smiled and told me just a few days. A week went by without a phone call or update. I called and again they smiled and said it will be done soon. Two weeks went by without any contact.. Well after 3 weeks of them not completing my order and not contacting me I was forced to take the work to another company who had it done in a day.
Excellent, speedy service. The guys were very professional & knowledgeable. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks, gentlemen!
The back window of my SUV blew out yesterday and I desperately wanted it replaced by the end of today. One call to Cal at Capitaland and he managed to make it happen for me. The concession I had to make was driving it to Alteri's in Amsterdam but that was a small inconvenience compared to Safelite's next available appointment that was 6 days out.
Excellent customer service! Very good price for product and labor.
