I've mostly had good experiences here. I've had a couple reproductive health issues that were addressed. I even had a full on panic attack at an appointment once, and the staff tried their best to assist me with care. However, there was a ball dropped at one point that I could've put behind me, but it has started to snowball a severely affect my life. Overall, I'd say things are hit or miss here. As a woman who was pretty hard set on having female providers only for this pregnancy, I found myself change my mind with only 2 visits with Dr. Shetty, a male practitioner at this office. He is professional and very knowledgeable, but he makes you feel comfortable and to put it simply- he’s down to earth and relatable. He had no “cut cards” with me and he communicated to me straightforward and to the point. Something that I needed. I would recommend anyone to avoid this place if you can. While I have never had any problems with the doctors themselves, the office is run quite poorly. They do not show any care or respect for their patients. When you need to make a call for any reason to the office, you have to go through a very bad automated phone service where I often have had to wait 10 minutes or more. Capital Women's care doesn't respect patient's religious believes. It will mandate seeing a make OBGYN doctor even if you pick a female doctor. It is discrimination towards those who observe practicing their religion.
