Dr. Onyekachi Ezeibe and team are very friendly, and made an experience that's uncomfortable for most women go smoothly. Dr. Ezeibe took the time to ensure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions without being condescending. She also listened to learn about me, and what I wanted for my body. I was once 3 minutes lates to my appointment and they denied me service. The text confirmation i received stated one suite number, then when i arrived the lady was very rude and told me I was ok the wrong floor, which caused me to be late. Once I got to the right floor they stated that the doctor would not see me, I was less than 7 minutes late. This facility also does not answer phones.
Spent time to listen to me and address my concerns. Didn’t feel rushed and explained next steps thoroughly.
