The staff is very bad. They make you waste time. Looks they dont care about anything
Two stars for the incredible and kind nurses. I moved from MA to VA and almost immediately found out I was pregnant. I reached out to this office and they were able to get me in for my first appointment. My second appointment rolls around and I found out I have a missed miscarriage. The doctor was somewhat empathetic to the situation and prescribed the appropriate medications. I immediately call the office the day after I took the medication to book my follow up. Dr. Ezeibe and nurse staff made my first annual visit to Capital Women's Care at 4040 Fairfax Dr. comfortable and answered my questions transparently.
Dr. Dulai has an outstanding bedside manner—she truly listens and is incredibly knowledgeable. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, making the entire experience seamless. I was in and out of the office in under an hour without feeling rushed. They focus on details and ensure that every aspect of your visit is addressed. This has been the best physician's office experience I've ever had.
Never got a chance to see the doctor because whoever answers the phone was so dismissive that I cancelled the appointment.
