Horrible experience. I arrived 10 minutes late and had to sign in to a silly computer system in order to check in. I was then told, after struggling with the computer system, that I had passed the 15-minute mark, and my appointment had to be rescheduled. This was after driving 30 minutes from DC in DMV traffic. I have never in my life had a healthcare provider be so unforgiving. You would think that a healthcare facility that is treating WOMEN would be more flexible and forgiving of women's schedules. Onyekachi Ezeibe, MD Was phenomenal! I haven’t seen a obgyn in years so I was nervous, but she truly made me feel comfortable as though we’ve known each other for years. Dr Ezeibe answered all my questions in a manner I could really understand, and she was very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs the services she provides.
The office is very helpful and Dr. Costley is great.
I just had my third annual visit with Dr. Costley, and I highly recommend her. She is professional, attentive, and an excellent listener. She consistently takes the time to address my questions thoroughly and offers thoughtful, practical recommendations. I especially appreciate how she explains each step of the exam, which helps me feel comfortable and at ease. If you’re looking for a gynecologist, Dr. Costley is a fantastic choice.
I rarely write reviews, especially -ones. But I feel ethically, compelled to write a review to express my concern about the procedures of this practice. Although my physician, Dr. Gray, is excellent, and she provides the highest quality of care, the triage staff, and other members of staff do not provide efficient responses to questions and requests.
