Dr. Gopal is the best doctor anyone could ask for! She was an angel to me during my pregnancy - listened to every question and concern, and always had tons of patience with me. She also delivered my son, and was so encouraging and made the experience a 10/10. I felt so deeply cared for, it almost puts me to tears that I will be moving out of state this year and won’t see her again now after my post partum appointment I recently had with her. I have been coming to this office for years now and I have never had any issues. The front desk is always helpful and friendly when making appointments or answer questions. The nurses that come to get you to do preliminary testing are always great and talkative. I've seen 3 different doctors and one NP throughout the years and always get the best care. I have birthed 1 child and that experience was calming and great. I can not praise this office enough for their great service I have recieved everytime I've come in.
The previous 1 star review made me hesitant to book but was looking for someone close to home who took my insurance with available appointments. I see the NP but felt their appointment scheduling was easy and everyone was pleasant.
I've been a patient of Dr. Gopal for more than 13 years and she helped me during the birth of my child. However, I recently had a health issue and when I tried to schedule an appointment, I was told that I wasn't considered a patient anymore because it had been two years since I last saw her. Even current patients were facing long wait times of two months just to get an appointment.
