I first came to Capital Women’s Care when I was pregnant with my first son about a year and a half ago, and I felt compelled to write a review because of how wonderful my experience was throughout my entire pregnancy. I just thought about it now because we literally just drove by the office. Between this office and the Alexandria office, the doctors, nurses, and medical assistants were absolutely amazing. Excelente atención y muy profesional. Me hicieron sentir cómoda durante toda la ecografía y explicaron cada detalle de mi bebé con mucha paciencia. El lugar estaba limpio, organizado y el personal fue muy amable. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo a futuras mamás.
DEC 2025: update- Wow, what a difference a year make. The front staff and the “nurse” are so unprofessional, unwelcoming, catty, nasty. No one wants to use your QR code to check in. That’s YOUR job. What do you do if you don’t check in patients??? But, I tried to do it. The system failed to send me a code, so I couldn’t proceed. I came for an annual visit and saw Dr. Tran; my appointment was quick and easy. Dr Tran was attentive, caring, and answered all my questions.
