I had a great experience at Capital Women’s Care Baltimore with Dr. Elena Lubman and her assistant Yulia.They are both incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Would be great if they would change their hours because I got a phone call this morning on a Friday so I call back and the phone says they’re closed. The phone call was about my biopsy results and I’m really frustrated that I call back and won’t get news until freaking Monday. “ Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM”…I literally called back at 1 PM…
I will no longer be coming to this place for gynecological help. Dr. Rubin is the nastiest man that I have ever had to experience to deal with. He questioned me why did I want an STD test which is crazy because I am the patient and you’re at the doctor. You shouldn’t be questioning why I want certain lab work done. Ms. Durum was very pleasant to work with. From the second she introduced herself, through our consultation as well as the well-woman physical exam, she remained professional, attentive, kind and knowledgeable the whole time. I felt very safe and taken care of during our visit. I look forward to working with Leslie in the future!
