Felt very welcoming, I loved the friendly environment!!
Was told two different things by the Dr and the nurse. Had to follow up to be told a prescription she said she would send was not being sent and that the referral to Advanced Radiology was sent and that they would call me to set up an appt, if not call the nurse back if I don’t hear within the week. Called back and told they don’t do that, I need to call and set it up.
I love Emerita! She is kind and thorough. The office staff has been nothing but helpful and it was a super quick process. Thank you!
Staff are great! Busy busy though.
