They scheduled me for a day they were closed!! I didn't know this until I arrived. I had to use a sick day for an appointment I couldn't get. I'm beyond furious.
I've been coming here for more than 8 years. Both optometrists are fantastic and I love the group at the front desk. Very personable and just great to work with. No where else I would rather go.
Dr. Saracino was great and very helpful. However, some of the women at the front desk were not very friendly and lacked customer service skills.
Needed new glasses. Dr. Lora Smith did the exam by the book, good job. Did not need an exam but Rx was 1 month out of date. Surprise, it didn't change. I'll gladly pay for an exam that's not the issue. The main reason I came here was for new glasses. Erin the unhappy optician was completely unhelpful and seemingly knew nothing about Rx sunglasses. I even directly asked for her opinion and she just said "its a personal choice" and stared at me. I've decided to buy glasses elsewhere entirely because of Erin and the service she... read more
