i still live here because i have a contract for another 10 months left but if i was aware how dirty the laundry rooms an laundry machines are here in this apartment i wouldn’t have moved here . when i first came to look for the apartment i did mention about the laundry room and machines and-we were told that they clean the room and machines every second or third day but since i moved here i have never seen the laundry room or machine clean even the machine is dirty never cleaned with all the residue . i mean we are paying fo... read more
I highly recommend renting this property. The building is very well maintained, and the management team is very efficient. Our building manager, Fateema, has been incredibly supportive and kind, always approachable, quick to respond, and consistently professional. She handles all the responsibilities of such a large property smoothly and effectively, while remaining genuinely cordial! on a personal level.
If you are considering moving to this building, be aware that they offer an introductory rent incentive for the first year. In the following year, the incentive is removed and an annual rent increase is additionally applied, which is a significant amount, and this is why many residents are forced to move out after one year.
