I had the opportunity to live in the Capital Tower building for 1 year and 4 months. The rent is cheap and you get what you pay for! Building is not new so it’s common to hear water pipes running and people living their life. The view is amazing! I lived in a studio apartment that faced downtown! If you want to save money and get a nice view in an old building this is for you! The building has a gym with decent equipment. Laundry is shared and there’s no dishwasher in the suite.
