This building ALLOWS SMOKING and the walls are VERY THIN, where smoke easily gets into my unit, my bedroom and living room, furniture/clothes are covered with smoke. Both of my neighbors smoke and this has caused me respiratory disease from second hand smoke (developed chronic cough), as all the cigarette smoke and weed comes into my building though the doors and windows, and although I have notified the manager many times, nothing has been done and this behavior continues.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING!!!! I lived in this building for two years, and while the view was nice, the place was full of problems. First, a lot of my stuff was stolen from my car in the underground parking, not just once but twice. Second, the heating was a joke. Even though it was supposed to be included, the entire building was freezing in the winter. We had to cover windows and doors with cardboard and plastic just to stay warm. We have recently moved to this residence and just love it! You have an amazing view from your balcony overlooking the river and lush green forests, a recreation center close by, and the management is so supportive too. Amlesh is a great help and is always welcoming to all, doing her best to resolve every issue in shortest time. Thank you boardwalk!
