I wish ZERO Stars was an option.... I wish I could say my experience with Capital Vacations had been a positive one, but that's far from the truth. I purchased a timeshare with them on May 26, 2022. Initially, we were lured in with a free weekend in Gatlinburg and a $50 gift card, only to find ourselves sitting through a pressured sales presentation. The worst company ever!! Was on vacation in Branson and went to listen to these assholes for over two hours, it was supposed to be only 2 hrs and cut off after that!! They lied to us from the get go and after wasting our time listening to their bullshit, they got mad at us for not joing their vacation club and refused to give us our gift for wasting our day of vacation!! Do not ever trust this company!!! They deserve no stars!!
THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Sucked you in signing contract with us.. an LLC… show up to owners meeting. READ THAT CAREFULLY… an OWNERS meeting.. and they tell you.. “oops, we shouldn’t have signed with an LLC in the first place, but because we made an oopsie.. we are willing to sell you an actual contract at a bargain of $.15 per point rather than the $.39 we sell to all owners now.” When we asked them to fulfill the agreement already made, they state.. “Welllllllll, you see, we don’t offer the “Voyager” program any longer. ... read more
