Mom needed appts and from the front desk, US Tech, Nurses and PAC everyone has been amazing! So supportive and detailed. Quickly got her scheduled and started treatment and f/up. They made sure mom felt comfortable and took time to listen.

Had “Nothing they could do” sent me to Sparrow: they have not been great and the problems persist. I got a randomly different person halfway through treatment and they changed the plan from what I wanted and never did that plan again.
The staff at Capital Urology is next to none. Always polite, professional,caring and above all they listen to the patient and family.
