From first telephone conversation to completed job, things could not have gone more smoothly. We had three trees removed from a difficult to access part our garden. Service was on Nov. 27, 2024- Catie was prompt with the quote and very responsive to text messages and questions. The crew showed up on time and trimmed one tree and removed a very large tree as well which was damaged from a recent snow storm. They were total professionals and left the areas extremely clean when finished. I would highly recommend them to new customers and will use them again when needed. This company is first rate and Catie is on time for appointments and her crew arrives as scheduled. They thoroughly and with expertise executed all the work that was covered in the estimate. I could recommend Capital Tree Service for any work you may have. I have had tree trimming done a number of times in the past at my properties and their price is very reasonable. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
We were very pleased with the fallen tree removal work done by the Capitol Tree Service crew. They were on time, efficient, and left a nice clean site. The communication leading up to the work was very good and the final price was the same as the estimate.
I’ve never seen precision lowering branches down after being cut. Even one free fall was so perfect. The attention of the assistant, cutting, loading and clearing the ground was also very impressive. A well earned five star rating !
