Capital title company is absolutely amazing. Especially Joshua. He is so personable and friendly. He made the entire signing process feel like a breeze. Not only is he so sweet, he is absolutely hilarious. It felt like we were just talking and hanging out with a good friend. Not that this is important, but he has the best signature I’ve ever seen.
